Fine, we admit it. Making meals ahead, prepping, freezing, it's just not one of our strengths. Maybe it's the podcast meal making, maybe it's something genetic? Thank goodness we can point you to Carline Fausel's new book: Prep, Cook, Freeze. In it, she uses all sorts of strategies, tips and helps to get you cooking and ready for the week. Interviewing her was such fun. Her upbeat attitude is infectious but she really has both feet on the ground. Maybe we could premarinate some fish...hmmm.
