Susan talks about her cooking philosophy, trying to help folks build their confidence and inspiration in the kitchen. We think this book will inspire you to be more open in your cooking and entertaining. She has simple recipes, like a whole section on toasts with amazing toppings, as well as more expert ones. Like a roast chicken with harissa and rose petals. That’s one way to surprise and delight your guests!
